Memberships drive RISE forward. Membership gives you a vote in what RISE does and how RISE operates. Membership includes: voting at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), a regular newsletter, free internet access to our wheelchair accessible office, computer station, special notice to our many regular activities and easy access to peer supports when requested.

A not-for-profit organization like RISE depends on input from its memberships, volunteers, and many participants (not that the three are mutually exclusive), to direct its energies, programs, and personnel to those areas relevant to you.

To become a board director, member of RISE, or to renew your membership, please complete the form below and return it to RISE with your membership commitment.  You can call us if you prefer someone pick it up on your behalf or mail it to:

RISE produces and distributes the Coffee Break, a unique newsletter comprised of puzzles, brain teasers, and other interactive and entertaining information. The Coffee Break is distributed to local retailers and key locations throughout the Parry Sound
